This ingenious electronic equipment allows multiple telephones to share CO lines and internal extensions, enabling free internal calls.
2.What is CO line?
CO line refers to the telephone line provided by your local telecom company.
3.What are Extensions?
Extensions are ordinary telephones. Our PBX is compatible with analog telephones (with 2 wires).
Our PBX also supports digital phones (what we refer to as keyphones) but is only compatible with our digital phones.
4.How to install the PBX?
Installation is straightforward: connect the CO line to the CO line port and the telephone to the Ext. Port.
Each extension can share the CO line for outbound calls and make free intercom calls.
5.How to program the PBX?
1) Utilize a telephone to input the format to program the PBX according to the user manual.
2) Certain models support PC software, allowing programming via computer.
3) For any programming issues, contact us directly. Our technicians provide remote assistance.
6. How many years is the warranty?
1 year. Within this period, we offer free technical support and maintenance parts if needed.
Beyond 1 year, we continue to offer technical support anytime, although maintenance fees may apply.
